Returns Information
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return the item(s) to us in their original unused condition complete with any gift packaging withinﾠ14 days of receipt. A full refund will be issued on receipt or we will exchange the item for a different size/colour if preferred.
Please note that we can only offer refunds if the item(s) are returned to us withinﾠ14 days of receipt of goods.
We regret that we cannot offer exchange or refunds on any special or custom made orders (such as engraved ID tags).
If the item is being returned to us for an exchange or refund then the cost of returning the item is your responsibility. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us therefore we recommend for your own protection that you use a delivery service which insures you for the value of the goods.
